irate politik

seriously, white people? what is with this whole "white discrimination" thing???

SHUT UP and GET OVER IT.

if you're crying because a black person may get one more scholarship than you, just be thankful we are not enslaved by another race.

here's another thing:

if i hear one more person call Sarah Palin dumb, i am going to snap. honestly? "she should be home raising her kids", oh wait, "she doesn't know how to raise her family." well, i don't know how hillary raised chelsea, but having a child didn't prevent her from getting involved in politics, did it? one child or five, admire them for being that strong.

and lately, she has been getting more press time, and you know what? she's a whole lot smarter than everyone has pegged her to be. twenty months? um, how many days was Obama a senator before he came into the national spotlight as a possible contender for the nominee, hm? i mention this to my nana, god bless her, and she said "oh, well, no, no, Obama has plenty of legislative experience." he never passed any legislature of his own doing. McCain may not be likable, but Obama's got plenty of shady doings himself that make me question him. and he wants to get us out of Iraq in how many days? let's be honest: President Bush got us too deep into this war; so deep that to withdraw so quickly would destroy all that we honestly, intentionally, meant to do. if he is elected, Obama is going to go to the war room, sit his royal ass down at the head of the table, and LISTEN to his advisors--just like every other president before him, and just like he should if he doesn't want to damage more lives.

honestly, it worries me that i, and the rest of my generation, are on the brink of such a historical political event, and i do not have enough faith in either candidate for them to stake claims in my vote.

but i am more angry, more annoyed, and so FED UP with all the bullshit that people have circulated. i am so fucking TIRED of conservatives who are way too uptight for their own good, and definitely tired of all the liberals who whine and come up with every fucking excuse under the sun for every little damn detail.

i want to not vote, but that would show that i don't care enough about my own country to participate in change. we are on the brink of something big--our country is surely in need of some relief. but i've gotta say that unless we could have the best of both worlds, i can't vote for either McCain or Obama.

Ron Paul, anyone?
